The Next Wave to achieve the goals you set out in life.
Founders, Clover, and Fiona have been friends for over 20 years. They met in the corporate world, while both working at Coca-Cola Amatil. Soon after their time at Coke, they both decided on a sea change and moved into disability services.

Clover has over 20 years of experience working directly with NDIS eligible participants in disability, training, and support. With a business degree and program development qualifications, she has developed and managed high profile programs and initiatives in homelessness, addiction and mental health. Her extensive experience extends to working with CALD communities in co-design campaigns, as well as a Senior NDIS Business Consultant with the peak body for disability, National Disability Services (NDS), supporting DHHS funded services to transition into the NDIS.

Fiona has 20 years of experience working alongside people with a disability in residential group homes, day services and one to one support in the community. Her expertise in navigating complex care and trauma-informed practice has led to her passion for matching support staff who can work alongside participants to navigate the NDIS and achieve their life goals.

Collectively, Clover and Fiona developed Next Wave to provide innovative, superior services with integrity. Our services are inclusive and we believe in diversity, choice, and control and relish in the opportunity to support individuals on their Next Wave of achieving the goals they set out in life.
