  • Your personal information is kept confidential and handled in line with privacy laws.

  • Be included and understood

  • We communicate in ways that work for you and make sure you understand your options.

  • Access supports without discrimination

  • We welcome people of all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and abilities.

 
How We Support You

We support you by:

  • Listening to your goals and what’s important to you

  • Helping you understand and use your NDIS plan

  • Connecting you with services that suit your needs and preferences

  • Respecting your culture, identity, and values

Your Information & Privacy

We only collect information that helps us support you.
We will always:

  • Explain why we need your information

  • Ask for your consent where required

  • Store your information securely

You can request access to your information at any time.

 
Feedback, Complaints & Advocacy

Your voice matters — whether it’s positive or something you’d like changed.

You can:

  • Share feedback at any time

  • Make a complaint without fear of it affecting your supports

  • Ask for support from an advocate, family member, or trusted person

  • Take your concerns seriously

  • Respond in a timely and respectful way
